Get Your Gluten On...

THRIVE Expo was a great success! This gluten-free and allergy expo hosted at Chicago's McCormick Place was without a doubt a great opportunity for the allergic/intolerant community: a great opportunity to eat lots and lots of free samples. Isn't that what this is all about anyway; eating chunks of brownies, hunks of cheesecake, and hot dogs in buns??? Betsy and I stayed for some of the demonstrations and speakers which were also great and also often included samples. This expo not only taught me a few things, but it filled that free-sample-from-Costco void that a gluten-free lifestyle has left in my life. Next Post: I will go into more depth about the speaker who is all about gluten-free travel!! I have to get that book!
